Being fashionable has a very broad connotation. It begins with being dressed elegantly and properly and with a dress code to suit the occasion. There is another connotation to being fashionable and that relates to your home or house. Let us not forget and we spend the major part of our life in our homes and would therefore like our home to well furnished, good looking and above all very fashionable.
Having a fashionable and comfortable house needs lot of planning and of course lot of spending. Instead of spending recklessly on building a fashionable and comfortable house, it would be better if the money is used in a well planned manner. It would be better if home planning and interior décor is handled by professional who would do a very good job once a budget is allocated to them. Interior decoration need not be expensive and it is a myth if one believes so. There are hundreds of condos, apartments and buildings which have excellent interiors and exteriors all of which have been built within a stipulated budget and could be well described as budget décor houses.
Before building a house or buying an apartment lot of planning needs to be done as regards interior decoration. Just buying a house and leaving it blank and empty serves no purpose. Interior decoration includes fittings and fixtures many of which are not a part of the walls of the houses. These could be furniture, kitchen fittings, wardrobes, bureaus, etc. Hence the gamut is quite big and interior decoration is a big subject which should be handled by qualified professional.
But if money is not a problem than sky is the limit and we could keep on spending endlessly beautifying our place of living. But even here it would make sense to spend judiciously and see that the expenditure is of value to the overall beauty and aesthetics of the house.
